ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Creating new worlds since 1982
Stan published his first book at age five, after his mother pushed him into a local writing contest and landed his book in the library. That first pencil-and-crayon book burgeoned into a love of storytelling that has since produced two anthologies and six novels (under the pen name Stan Crowe) with more to come.
Among his favorite authors are Orson Scott Card, David & Leigh Eddings, and Brandon Sanderson, and he reads while
Stan is a fan of family, friends, and the great outdoors, and when he's not writing, he's either spending time with the wife and kids, feeding his cat, or pretending to be an engineer.

Alex Sharp is the only widower in the senior class of Mendon State University.
